Combate los virus del resfriado y la gripe con estas recomendaciones:
Lávate las manos con frecuencia con un desinfectante a base de alcohol o con agua y jabón.
Obtén una vacuna anual contra la influenza antes del comienzo de la temporada de gripe. Se necesitan al menos 2 semanas para generar inmunidad. No hay vacuna para el resfriado común.
